2. Acceptance requirements for civil handover inspection

(1) The internal structure and layout of machine room (if any) and hoistway Civil Engineering (steel frame) must meet the requirements of elevator civil engineering layout. The minimum clearance dimension of hoistway shall be consistent with the requirements of civil layout. The shaft wall shall be vertical. The allowable deviation of the minimum clearance dimension by the plumb method is: 0 ~ + 25mm for the shaft with the elevator travel height ≤ 30m; Hoistway with 30m < elevator travel height ≤ 60m, 0 ~ + 35mm; 60m < hoistway with elevator travel height ≤ 90m, 0 ~ + 50mm; Hoistway with elevator travel height > 90m shall meet the requirements of civil engineering layout.

(2) When there is a space accessible to personnel under the shaft pit and there is no safety gear device on the counterweight (or counterweight), the counterweight buffer must be installed (or the lower side of the counterweight operation area must be) on the solid pile pier extending to the solid ground.

(3) Before elevator installation, all hall door reserved holes must be provided with safety protection enclosure (safety protection door) with a height of not less than 1200mm, and shall ensure sufficient strength. The lower part of the protection enclosure shall have skirting board with a height of not less than 100mm, which shall be opened left and right, not up and down.

For example, the safety protection enclosure shall extend upward from the bottom surface of the reserved hole of the landing door to a height of not less than 1200mm. It shall be made of wood or metal materials and shall adopt a removable structure. In order to prevent other personnel from removing or overturning it, it shall be connected with the building. The material, structure and strength of safety enclosure shall meet the relevant requirements of technical code for safety of high altitude operation in building construction JGJ 80-2016.

(4) When the distance between the sill of two adjacent floors is greater than 11m, a hoistway safety door must be set between them. The hoistway safety door is strictly prohibited from opening into the hoistway, and an electrical safety device that can only operate when the safety door is closed must be installed. When there is a car safety door for mutual rescue between adjacent cars, this paragraph may not be implemented.

(5) The machine room and pit shall be provided with good anti-seepage and water leakage protection, and there shall be no ponding in the pit.

(6) TN-S system shall be adopted for the main power supply, and the switch shall be able to cut off the maximum current of the elevator under normal use. For the elevator with machine room, the switch shall be easily accessible from the population of the machine room. For the elevator without machine room, the switch shall be set at a place convenient for workers outside the hoistway, and shall be provided with necessary safety protection. The grounding resistance of the grounding device in the machine room shall not be greater than 40.

(7) The machine room (if any) shall be equipped with fixed electrical lighting, the ground illumination shall not be less than 2001x, and a switch or similar device shall be set at the appropriate height close to the population to control the lighting power supply.

(8) Permanent electrical lighting shall be set in the hoistway. The lighting voltage of the hoistway shall be 36V safety voltage. The illumination in the hoistway shall not be less than 50K. One control switch shall be installed at the highest point and the lowest m05m of the hoistway respectively. Control switches shall be set in the machine room and pit.

(9) The pit floor under the car buffer support shall be able to bear the full load

(10) Each floor shall be provided with final finished ground mark and datum mark.
